Phil Ivey – Bracelet Hunting Starts Right Now

Ivey checks in during the $50K Players Championship

He may be short on chips in the $50K Players Championship at the World Series of Poker but The People’s Champ Phil Ivey is well rested and ready to compete for bracelet #10.

In the briefest of interviews with PokerNews' Frank Op de Woerd, Ivey, clad in a Mike Tyson T-shirt, is back in the halls of the Rio after being stuck in a cash game he just couldn’t get out of. At the start of Day 2 of the $50K, both Ivey and Daniel start with below average chip stacks.
