WPT Global Still Giving Away Tickets to $100K Welcome Event

All new depositing players will get a free $110 bonus ticket to the $100k GTD WPT Global Welcome Event & a 100% match bonus up to $1200.

WPT Global has been quite generous in attracting new players. The operator launched with a promotion that saw all players who signed up for an account treated to a $110 ticket to the $100,000 guaranteed Welcome Event.

If you missed out on that opportunity, the good news is that a similar promotion is also available this month. So, those who do not have a WPT Global account can sign up for one and will receive a $110 ticket after making their first deposit.

So, this is no longer a completely free shot, but it is an excellent added value on top of the 100% match bonus up to $1200 available to all first depositors. While tickets are no longer completely free, it also means that the total field will likely be much smaller, making it easier to run deep.

Numerous Day 1s are scattered throughout June, occurring every Wednesday and Sunday. The play stops when 20% of the starting field is remaining, and those players advance to the Final Day, taking place on Sunday, July 3.

The tournament is quite likely to have an overlay. Since it is possible to get a ticket even with the minimum deposit of $20, there is a lot of value to be had with this promo as it gives you a chance to fight for the five-figure first place with the minimum risk!
