Find out what plans PokerStars Team Pro members have for the SCOOP, what tournaments they’re hoping to win, and much more.
The Spring Championship of Online Poker is now underway at PokerStars, with the first weekend of action in the books. There is plenty more to come, of course, as the SCOOP is a three-week affair filled with tournaments of all shapes and sizes.
It may be everyone’s Series, but it is the professional grinders who look forward to it the most. This includes the PokerStars Team Pro members such as ‘Spraggy,’ Lex Veldhuis, and Parket ‘Tonkaaaa’ Talbot.
You may know these people as poker streamers and content creators, but they’re grinders at heart, set to make their SCOOP run count for something.
If you’d like to know more about what motivates the PokerStars Team Pro members and what their biggest desires are for the upcoming Championship, you’re in luck. They answered these and a few other questions in a recently published interview.
What tournaments do they want to win the most? What their streaming schedules will look like during the SCOOP? Five things they can’t live without during the Series — you can learn a lot about your favorite streamers, so make sure to check it out.
Of course, you’re more than welcome to join the action yourself. Tournaments are running around the clock. You just need to download the PokerStars client, create an account (if you don’t have one already), and jump straight in. The 2023 SCOOP has something in store for everyone!
WSOP is running several promotions across its US sites, giving players a chance to win a WSOP 2023 Main Even seat and travel to Vegas this summer.
The World Series of Poker 2023 is just a few weeks away, and things are heating up. Organizers are promising the largest Main Event in the Series history, creating an additional incentive to put that $10,000 buy-in on the line.
If this happens to be out of your bankroll (which is the case for many players out there), WSOP US offers several opportunities throughout May and June to get lucky and win a Main Event package while risking very little money.
New players in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Nevada, and Michigan making their first deposit by June 30 will be entered into a big prize draw where the winner will receive a full Main Event package, including the buy-in, accommodation, and $500 in spending cash.
If you already have an account with WSOP.com, you can still have a shot at a Main Event seat. Simply make a deposit during May using a special code POKER23 and you’ll qualify for the special WSOP freeroll taking place on May 31.
One way or the other, if you want to be a part of the world’s largest poker festival, head over to WSOP.com and join the fun. One of those Vegas packages might have your name on it!
