ACR Poker’s three Halloween Special Mystery PKO tournaments finished Nov. 1 with $836,930 in combined prize pools, beating their combined $650,000 guarantees by $186,930.

The $109 edition accounted for the largest share, drawing 5,623 entries and building a $562,300 pool, $62,300 above its guarantee. Ilvoirien won after a final-table deal, collecting $55,642 in regular prize money and bounties.

The biggest individual return in that event went to third-place finisher 777bob1k, who collected $75,325 including bounties, more than either of the top two finishers received.

The $33 tournament drew 6,019 entries and produced a $180,570 prize pool, well above its $100,000 guarantee. DasZiel won the event for $27,604 including bounties.

At the lowest buy-in, the $5.50 tournament attracted 18,812 entries and generated a $94,060 pool against a $50,000 guarantee. Xnumber1CHIPSX took the title and $12,830 including bounties.

As we reported Nov. 1, the multi-flight events had already sent hundreds of qualifying stacks into their Day 2 bounty stages before the final flights closed. The Halloween Specials began Oct. 18 and served as the debut for Mystery PKO on the Winning Poker Network.

The format combines hidden mystery prizes with visible progressive bounties. When a player eliminates an opponent during the bounty phase, half of the revealed mystery prize is paid immediately and half is added to the eliminator’s progressive bounty. Any bounty already accumulated by the eliminated player is split the same way.

No bounty rewards were available during Day 1, and every Day 2 player began with no accumulated progressive bounty, regardless of the stack they carried forward. ACR Poker described Mystery PKO as exclusive to the Winning Poker Network.
