Boris Zeleny Leads Summer Polish Poker Cup Final Table
The final table drew 4,013 entries, built a prize pool above €500,000, and left nine players chasing €82,678.
Boris Zeleny reached the top of the Summer Polish Poker Cup Main Event final table, where only nine players were left in the chase for the €82,678 top prize. The home favorite held a huge lead with 45.5 million chips, while Maksym Ronshyn sat second with just under 22 million.
SPadePoker said it took more than 13 hours of play to lock up the final nine. The final table was shaped from a field of 375 players fighting for a seat in the finale, and each player had already secured €315.
The Main Event drew 4,013 entries on its opening days and built a prize pool above €500,000. That pool was paid out to 375 players, and 18 of them collected a €500 qualification bonus for qualifying twice.
Four players advanced three times and took home €1,500 each. Mihael Vukicevic from Croatia ended up with the largest stack, followed by Austria’s Marko Grujic, while Belarus’s Artsiom Abmiotka was also among the biggest stacks.
Banco Casino Bratislava had billed the third stop of the series as running August 17-24, with a €250,000 Main Event for a €150 buy-in. The casino also said festival prize pools were expected to exceed €400,000 and highlighted multi-qualification bonuses as a new feature.
