The Major Series of Poker: The Tour will open its MSPT Riverside Festival on Tuesday, Nov. 3, at Riverside Casino & Golf Resort in Riverside, Iowa. The six-day stop runs through Sunday, Nov. 8, and is topped by a $1,110 Main Event with a $300,000 guaranteed prize pool.
The Main Event has three starting flights, on Thursday, Nov. 5, Friday, Nov. 6, and Saturday, Nov. 7. Poker Exclusive reported the festival schedule, including 30,000-chip starting stacks and 40-minute levels for each opening flight.
Players may re-enter without limit until the start of Level 13. Survivors from the three flights combine for Day 2 on Sunday, when play begins at 11 a.m.; everyone returning for that session is already in the money.
The winner also receives a $3,500 seat in the MSPT Championship at Seminole Hard Rock in Hollywood, Florida. That championship runs Nov. 27 through Dec. 2, and its Main Event carries a $2 million guarantee.
Riverside’s festival schedule includes eight Gold Card events alongside the Main Event. It starts with a $250 Ultimate Stack no-limit hold’em tournament on Tuesday, followed by $300 and $250 Monster Stack events on Wednesday.
A $300 Seniors no-limit hold’em event for players 50 and older is set for Thursday. The remaining side-event slate includes a $250 Monster Stack on Saturday, then a $300 event for players 40 and older and another $300 Monster Stack on Sunday.
Players have also been able to pursue Main Event seats through satellites beginning in October and continuing during festival week. The $70 Milestone Satellites feed into $265 qualifiers, where one $1,110 Main Event seat is awarded for every five entrants; other $265 satellites offer direct routes to the Main Event.
The tour, formerly called the Mid-States Poker Tour, made three Riverside visits during 2025. Its $1,110 Riverside Main Event last November drew 591 entries across three starting flights, with 64 players returning for Day 2.
Indiana’s Anthony Kastelic won that event for $115,559 after 12 hours of play. Aaron Johnson and Kou Vang, both MSPT Hall of Famers, and former MSPT champion Max Havlish joined him in the final four.
