Coolbet Open Returns to Tallinn With €550 Main Event
The Olybet Poker festival runs Sept. 1-6 at Hilton Tallinn Park and packs in more than 30 tournaments, from mystery bounties to mixed games.
Olybet Poker is bringing the Coolbet Open back to Hilton Tallinn Park in Tallinn from Sept. 1-6. The ninth edition will center on a €550 No-Limit Hold’em Main Event and a schedule that runs to more than 30 tournaments over six days.
According to PokerNews, the festival is returning to the venue after several successful editions there before moving elsewhere in recent years. The report says the stop still fits Tallinn’s growing profile as a live poker destination, with Hilton Tallinn Park close to the historic city center and the Old Town.
The Main Event has three starting flights. The first begins at noon on Wednesday, Sept. 2, a second flight is set for Thursday, Sept. 3, and a turbo-style third flight runs later that same day.
Players who advance will return for Day 2 on Friday, Sept. 4, and the festival will crown its newest champion on Saturday, Sept. 5.
The opener is a €350 DeepStack Mystery Bounty on Tuesday, Sept. 1. The six-day lineup also includes a €1,100 Coolbet Open DeepStack starting Friday, Sept. 4, a €150 Ladies Event, and multiple satellites that award Main Event and DeepStack seats.
Beyond the headline events, the schedule leans heavily into variety. It includes No-Limit Hold’em, Pot-Limit Omaha, mystery bounty events, progressive bounty tournaments, mixed games and nightly hyper turbos, with mixed-game variants listed as Sviten, TORSE, Open-Face Chinese Pineapple, PLO5, PLO6, Seven Card Stud, Razz, Omaha Hi-Lo and 2-7 Triple Draw.
