WSOP 2026 Social Views and Impressions Hit 378.3 Million
Facebook and Instagram drove most of the audience, while YouTube passed 103,000 new subscribers across 100 bracelet events.
WSOP 2026 generated 378.3 million views and impressions across its social media channels, and the series added 222,828 new followers and subscribers during the 100 live bracelet events. The numbers came during the 57th annual festival and show how far the event reached beyond the live poker room.
According to Pokerfuse, Facebook and Instagram did most of the work. Facebook produced 127 million views and Instagram 125 million, and together they accounted for roughly two-thirds of WSOP’s total social media audience during the series.
Facebook also gained 56,800 new followers, while Instagram added 54,450. YouTube logged 38.7 million total views and led subscriber growth, with more than 103,000 new subscribers, which WSOP said was nearly half of all new followers added across its social platforms.
X added 36.6 million impressions and 8,450 new followers. The series also recorded nearly 252,000 entries across the 100 live bracelet events, which matches the scale of the summer on the casino floor as well as online.
WSOP chief Ty Stewart said the community expanded well beyond the physical walls of the casino floor. He credited the redesigned final table arena, the broader linear broadcast schedule and the digital push with bringing bracelet action to millions of new fans worldwide.
ESPN returned to WSOP coverage in 2026 under a new multi-year agreement after a five-year absence. ESPN said it first broadcast the Main Event in 1987, and this year’s package includes more than 100 hours of Main Event coverage beginning with Day 1A on July 2 on the ESPN App, plus edited episodes on linear networks. Edited broadcasts began airing on July 21.
Lon McEachern and Norman Chad reunited for the broadcast team, while Ali Nejad and newly inducted Poker Hall of Famer Nick Schulman led the live digital coverage and the Main Event final table. Jeff Platt, Joe Stapleton, Maria Ho and David Williams were also part of the wider team.
WSOP also signed a new three-year partnership with Warner Bros. Discovery that brings Main Event coverage to viewers in Europe, Asia and Latin America through Eurosport, TNT Sports in the UK and Ireland, and HBO Max in select markets. The package includes six 45-minute highlight shows, and WSOP said its linear television and digital broadcasts were available in more than 300 million homes across over 70 countries, with Abema in Japan and Groupe M6 in France also carrying coverage.
The Main Event final table is set for a three-night live ESPN finale on Aug. 3-5 from 9 p.m. ET to midnight ET.
