SHRPO Listed $800 Big Mix With $50,000 Guarantee
The one-day NLH/PLO event was set for 2 p.m., used 25,000-chip stacks and kept late registration open through Level 9.
The event page and PDF described Event 48 as a one-day $800 Deep Stack No-Limit Hold’em/Pot-Limit Omaha Mix with a $50,000 guarantee. It was set for Aug. 8 at 2 p.m. as part of SHRPO’s Day 12 slate.
Players started with 25,000 tournament chips. Levels ran 30 minutes each, the field was nine-handed, and the structure used a big blind ante format with a single ante posted from the big blind equal to the blind level each hand.
Late registration and unlimited re-entries stayed open through the start of Level 9 at 6:30 p.m. The PDF broke the $800 into a $698 entry fee that went to the prize pool and a $102 registration fee, including $30 for staffing and $2 for the SHRPO Tournament Leaderboard promotional fund.
Entries were non-transferable and non-refundable, and players had to be 18 or older, show proper ID and be a Unity Member. On the same day’s schedule, Event 48 followed the 12 p.m. Event 47 and came before the 5 p.m. Event 49.
For context, SHRPO had opened on July 28 with a one-day $300 Deep Stack NLH Slater Scoops opener that carried a $100,000 guarantee.
