Poker players aren’t always looking to scoop the pot for themselves. Online poker player and Deepstacks Poker Tour Champ, Billy Vogel, wanted to do something nice this holiday season. He reached out to other poker players and asked them to donate, then pooled their money and bought $2500 worth of toys to donate to the Atlantic Country Toys for Kids program.
Self motivated kindness deserves a little recognition and from the looks of those toys, it’s really going to make a difference. With that, the poker world officially forgive Billy for his haircut in the following post-win interview:
