Phil Hellmuth – Once Bitten, Twice Shy
Everybody knows that 13-time WSOP Champion Phil Hellmuth loves to name drop. But this weekend, while in Michigan celebrating his 50th birthday, when he mentioned that he got bit by a “pitbull” – he wasn’t talking about the oft-criticized, thin mustachioed latin rapper – he meant he got bit by a real pitbull.
The Brat went toe-to-toe (or shin to mouth rather) with the pup and got a puncture wound for his troubles so the next time you see Hellmuth foaming at the mouth over some random bad beat, now you’ll know why.
