Jason Koon Becomes Triton Poker Ambassador

Partypoker team pro and prominent high-stakes poker player, Jason Koon has joined hands with Triton Poker to become the first player to represent the brand as an ambassador.

The American poker pro has racked up over $23 million in live tournament cashes and is one of the most respected players in the poker community.

In 2018, Jason won over $12 million including a first-place finish and his career best in the Short Deck event of the Triton Super High Roller Series in Montenegro for $3.5 million.

“Joining the Triton team was a no-brainer for me,” said Koon on his appointment.

“I’ve always been a huge fan of their tournaments. The experience that players feel during a Triton event is second to none. I couldn’t be more excited. The Triton stops are pure poker. You play some of the biggest buy-ins in the world both in cash games and tournaments, and I love high stakes, high-pressure poker,” Koon added.

Jason will play an active role in promoting the Triton Poker brand and will feature at each of the five tours of Triton starting with the tour in Jeju, South Korea from March 2 to 9.

The upcoming Triton tour promises to provide “more action”, “more stops than ever before” and is also set to host the biggest buy-in in poker history.
