Kristen Bicknell Parts Ways with partypoker

The well-known Canadian professional poker player departs after serving partypoker for four years.

Yet another prominent professional poker player has parted ways with the online poker room: This time it is Kristen Bicknell bidding farewell to partypoker after serving as their ambassador for four years.

On Friday, the Canadian poker pro announced the decision on Twitter stating that it’s “been a great 4 years” working with partypoker. She further wrote that she will continue to help grow and promote poker in “Canada and around the world.”

Bicknell joined partypoker in June 2017. At the time, she was the highest-ranked live tournament female poker player. She continued her dominance in the field, winning the GPI Female Player of the Year award for three consecutive years.

Last year, she also took down the WSOP online bracelet event on GGPoker—her third career WSOP bracelet and the $356,412 first-place prize.

She is considered to be one of the well-respected players in the industry. Over the years, the Canadian female pro has amassed over $10 million in earnings across both live and online felts.

Her departure is a big loss to partypoker’s roster which is now reduced to a dozen of ambassadors and streamers.
