WSOP Poker Rebuilds Club Progression With Levels and New Top Tiers
Playtika adds Power Level rewards, redesigned Club screens and Elite, Titans and Champions as new goals for competitive players.
Playtika has rebuilt the progression system in its WSOP Poker mobile game, replacing the single long climb toward the next Club with smaller Levels inside every Club. The new structure is designed to give players a visible sequence of goals, with Power Level milestones delivering additional benefits and rewards before they move up a Club tier.
The overhaul also adds three new top-end Clubs: Elite, Titans and Champions. These tiers raise the game’s progression ceiling for its most competitive players and act as status markers among leading players. Reaching a new Club tier triggers a transformation of the player’s Club Shield and a celebratory animation, while each level-up now has its own animation.
According to Playtika’s Oct. 1 announcement, the changes responded directly to player feedback seeking a deeper and more rewarding way to grow within a Club. Guy Ceder, WSOP’s general manager, said the company wanted every step forward to feel meaningful and every reward earned.
The Clubs interface has also been redesigned to be more modern, interactive and easier to navigate. Playtika said the update includes a wider table selection and more ways to win, alongside the new progression and reward pacing.
WSOP Poker is the official free-to-play game of the World Series of Poker, offering game modes, tournaments and special events with virtual prizes and trophies. It uses virtual chips and does not offer real-money gambling or real-money prizes.
The company described WSOP as the top free-to-play mobile poker game by revenue across the Apple App Store and Google Play in the 12 months through September, citing Sensor Tower. Playtika positioned the redesign as part of its continued investment in a long-standing and highly engaged WSOP Poker player community.
