The Oct. 15-26 series has 18 ring events and a $1 million Main Event, though some side-event figures differ from the official WSOP schedule page.

Key points
  1. Turning Stone’s Oct. 15-26 WSOP Circuit series advertises more than $3 million in guarantees across 18 ring events.
  2. The $1,700 Main Event carries a $1 million guarantee, and ring winners receive WSOP Paradise packages.
  3. PokerOrg’s published side-event guarantees exceed some figures still shown on the official WSOP schedule page.
  4. Tournament play moves to the Oneida conference room, while players can stay in the new 258-room Crescent hotel.

The WSOP Circuit returns to Turning Stone Resort in Verona, New York, on Thursday with 18 ring events, more than $3 million in advertised guarantees and a $1 million guaranteed Main Event. The series runs Oct. 15-26, making it Turning Stone’s second Circuit stop of the year after its March festival.

The $1,700 No-Limit Hold’em Main Event is scheduled as a three-day tournament. Every ring winner at the stop will receive a WSOP Paradise package, according to PokerOrg.

The advertised guarantees are substantially higher than figures still displayed on the official WSOP schedule page for some supporting events. PokerOrg lists the $400 Mini Main Event at $600,000, up from $500,000, alongside a $400,000 Monster Stack and $400 buy-in Seniors and Ladies events guaranteeing $100,000 and $25,000 respectively.

The official page also confirms 18 events and the $1 million Main Event guarantee, but lists the Mini Main at $500,000, the Monster Stack at $200,000, and the Ladies event with a $300 buy-in. Players looking at those events will need to account for the differing published details.

Turning Stone’s March Circuit series drew 15,276 entries and paid $5.8 million in prize money. Zachary Vankeuren of Saratoga won the Main Event from a 1,114-entry field, taking $267,437 and his first Circuit ring. Kenny Roy won the previous Mini Main from 3,026 entries for $113,623.

The October stop also moves tournament play from the Event Center to the Oneida conference room, directly off the gaming floor and close to the poker room. Players can stay in The Crescent, a new 258-room tower that has received an AAA Four Diamond Award and forms part of Turning Stone’s $400 million development phase.

Turning Stone has hosted the Circuit since 2022, when the property began building its record as the only WSOP host site in New York, according to Syracuse.com. Since then, the venue has recorded 71,721 entries and more than $27 million in prize money across its Circuit events.
