The WSOP Circuit will stage a nine-ring festival at Casino Middelkerke Betfirst by Partouche in Belgium from Nov. 6-15. The stop gives players a compact 10-day schedule dominated by No-Limit Hold’em, with eight of the nine ring events using that format.
The opening event is a €300 No-Limit Hold’em Mini Main Event on Nov. 6. It has four starting flights, labeled A through D on the official schedule, and players may re-enter each of those flights.
PokerNews reported the Belgian stop. The schedule is led by a €1,500 No-Limit Hold’em Main Event beginning Nov. 11, with four Day 1 flights and a scheduled Day 2 on Nov. 14. Players receive 50,000 chips, with 40-minute blind levels.
Although the Main Event is the festival’s biggest tournament, the €2,500 No-Limit Hold’em High Roller is the largest buy-in event. It begins Nov. 10 as Event #5.
Other featured tournaments include the €550 No-Limit Hold’em Mystery Bounty, which starts Nov. 8 and has three starting flights, and a €500 No-Limit Hold’em Knockout. The official schedule also lists a €550 Seniors Event for players aged 50 and over, a €1,000 Deepstack and a €350 Bigstack.
The only non-hold’em ring event is a €300 Omaha tournament on Nov. 15, the final day. It is listed as Event #8, while the Bigstack closes the nine-event program as Event #9.
The venue is at Zeedijk 117A/116/Z in Middelkerke. Belgium brings an established poker pedigree to the Circuit calendar, including Kenny Hallaert, a two-time WSOP Main Event final tablist, and WSOP bracelet winner Davidi Kitai.
The World Series of Poker says dozens of Circuit events run throughout the year for players seeking competition closer to home. Full tournament details for the Middelkerke series are available through the WSOP LIVE app.
