Grosvenor Poker Lines Up Nine-Day Goliath Livestream
Phil Heald and Jay Harwood will front coverage of the Coventry festival as the £200 main event builds toward a £2 million prize pool.
Grosvenor Poker will stream nine days of the 2026 Goliath live across Facebook, Twitch and YouTube, with Phil “The Tower” Heald and Jay Harwood hosting. The coverage will include the crowning of the champion.
According to PokerNews, the first of nine scheduled flights starts at 11:00 a.m. BST on 25 July, as the festival runs in Coventry from 23 July to 2 August. The main event carries a £200 buy-in and an estimated £2 million prize pool.
The official Goliath page says the main event is £160+£40 on the Poker Live App. It also lists feeder satellites from £1 and a route of £1, £5, £30 and £200 seats, with Live Event Credit usable across the festival.
PokerNews also pointed to a May partnership between Grosvenor and GGPoker, which lets GGPoker players qualify through satellites and online Day 1s for major Grosvenor live events, including the Goliath. In some cases, GGPoker adds cash boosts of up to 20% for players who qualify or buy in using their GGPoker balance.
The event’s growth has been steady for years. The first Goliath drew 1,765 buy-ins, while Lee Rawson won the 2011 edition for £32,705.
More than 1,300 players had pre-registered when the July report was published. Last year’s field reached 12,961 entries, setting the current attendance record, and Paul Worsley turned that into a £316,640 win.
