Jack McMullan won the PartyPoker Tour Glasgow £150 Mini Main Event after a three-way ICM deal, banking a career-best £13,200 and the trophy. The tournament drew 701 entries and set a new attendance record for the event.
According to PokerNews, that field created an £87,625 prize pool, easily clearing the £50,000 guarantee and topping the £59,000 collected in the 2025 edition. The tour stop was in Glasgow, Scotland.
The deal locked in £10,200 for McMullan, £10,550 for Laurence Welch and £10,000 for Oliver Hutchins, with £3,000 and the trophy still to play for. McMullan then closed it out in heads-up play against Hutchins after a five-hour final table.
Spadepoker listed Craig McCairns as the first player out of the final table in ninth for £1,160, with Mark Johnston eighth for £1,530. Joe Beevers, the PartyPoker Tour ambassador, finished fifth for £3,600, and Callum Wallace exited in fourth for £5,180.
Poker.pro quoted McMullan saying he has not played too many live tournaments, usually plays cash a couple of times a week, and expects to play more now that big events are coming to the Alea in Glasgow. He also said he has been playing since he was 18 and that the deal made sense once the stacks evened out.
The final-day chip leader was Hutchins, who started with 6,330,000 chips, and McMullan eventually beat him in the deciding hand with jack-nine of hearts against ace-deuce. The same Glasgow stop also saw the £500 Main Event get underway, with Day 1a drawing 103 entrants and 26 players advancing.
