Mixed Game Festival XV Returns to Bellagio With Fall Classic Seats
The five-day October series will offer low-stakes mixed cash games, two tournaments and three $1,100 Bellagio Fall Classic entries.
Cardplayer Lifestyle’s Mixed Game Festival XV will return to Bellagio Las Vegas from Oct. 5-9, bringing five days of low-stakes mixed cash games, two tournaments and three Bellagio Fall Classic seats. BetMGM Poker is sponsoring the festival.
The three prizes are entries to the $1,100 Bellagio Fall Classic, a $100,000-guaranteed No-Limit Hold’em event with four Day 1 flights. Each Mixed Game Festival grand-prize winner may claim one seat and choose a preferred Day 1 flight.
Cardplayer Lifestyle said the seats will be awarded randomly at different points over the festival’s first three days. They are reserved exclusively for festival players and are being provided by BetMGM Poker.
Cash games begin at noon each day, with round-the-clock action planned and limits starting as low as $4/$8 and $6/$12. The schedule also includes low-stakes dealer’s choice games and two mixed-game tournaments, both starting at noon.
The October stop follows three consecutive summer series at Bellagio and will be the festival’s first fall edition on the Center Strip. Craig Larson, Bellagio’s director of poker operations, said the non-summer timing and the festival’s atmosphere would add to the Fall Classic week of events.
The XV edition arrives five years after the Mixed Game Festival concept debuted. Cardplayer Lifestyle says the series has grown a fun-loving community of players who return for a shared celebration of many poker variants.
The organizer plans daily recaps and will name a Pokercoaching.com Player of the Day and a RunGoodGear Dealer of the Day. Both honorees will receive recognition stories and merchandise, while players staying at Bellagio can access a 25% discounted room rate through the poker room.
