RunGood’s Golden Expedition Opens at Bestbet Jacksonville on Oct. 21
The 11-ring Florida stop is led by a $300,000-guaranteed Main Event and a $200,000 PokerNews PowerStack.
RunGood Poker Series will bring its Golden Expedition to bestbet Jacksonville later this month, with 11 championship-ring events led by a $1,200 Main Event guaranteeing $300,000. The Florida stop’s detailed schedule opens Oct. 21 with a $200 Ladies No-Limit Hold’em event and runs through Nov. 1.
There is a small date discrepancy in the published listings. RunGood’s event header advertises Oct. 22 through Nov. 1, but its detailed schedule, along with PokerNews’ preview, places the Ladies ring event at noon on Oct. 21. Pre-series satellites are available Oct. 13-20.
The Ladies event is marked for BESTBETLIVE streaming. The series’ two largest guaranteed events account for $500,000 in listed prize-pool guarantees.
The $400 PokerNews PowerStack begins Oct. 22 and carries a $200,000 guarantee. It has six starting flights across Oct. 22-24 before its final day on Oct. 25. The first day contains two flights, followed by further flights each day until the finale.
Other ring events include a $400 PKO No-Limit Hold’em tournament on Oct. 25, a $300 NLH Mega Stack and $300 Big O/8 on Oct. 26, and a $300 Double Board PLO/NLH alongside a $300 tag-team event on Oct. 27. A $660 six-max NLH tournament follows Oct. 28, while $100 Flip and Go events run daily.
The Main Event has Day 1 flights on Oct. 29, 30 and 31. Players advancing from those sessions return Nov. 1 to decide the title, with the final marked for BESTBETLIVE coverage. PokerNews is also scheduled to provide live Main Event reporting.
Jacksonville has hosted RGPS before. The tour debuted at bestbet Jacksonville in April 2023, when Antwan Prince won the Main Event for $92,796 following a four-way deal. The following year’s Main Event drew 520 entries and generated a $508,541 prize pool, with Dimas Martinez Jr. taking $104,524.
The Jacksonville stop is part of RGPS’ 2026 Fall Season, branded Golden Expedition, which includes a returning Player of the Year race powered by The Hendon Mob and Global Poker Index. The season is set to finish with the Dream Factory Festival at Thunder Valley Casino Resort in Lincoln, California, from Nov. 27 through Dec. 3, including two invitationals for 2026 RunGood ring winners.
