Shannon Shorr Wins Fourth WSOP Bracelet in $400 Mystery Bounty
Shorr beat Mike Holtz after a river king and celebrated the online title with his family watching at home.
Shannon Shorr won his fourth World Series of Poker bracelet in the 2026 WSOP Online $400 no-limit hold’em Mystery Bounty, defeating Mike Holtz heads-up for $59,616 in total prize money. The 41-year-old outlasted a field of 1,149 entries.
The final hand turned on the river. Shorr’s K-Q trailed Holtz’s pocket fives until a king arrived, sealing the title as Shorr’s wife and children watched from home. CardPlayer reported that he replayed the hand for his children and said, “River king, Daddy wins!”
The result continues a distinctly online bracelet record for Shorr. All four of his WSOP titles have come in online events, beginning with two wins during the 2023 WSOPO: a $2,000 no-limit hold’em six-max event worth $89,126 and a $1,000 NLH freezeout that paid $35,539.
Shorr’s second 2023 title came 11 days after the first and ended a 17-year wait for his first bracelet. He added bracelet No. 3 in 2025, exactly two years after the second, in another mystery bounty event that earned him $56,143.
The latest win adds to a long WSOP record that began with an in-the-money finish in a $2,000 buy-in event in 2006. Shorr now has more than $18.3 million in career tournament earnings, including more than $4 million from WSOP events.
