The experts over at pokerfuse expect that BetMGM will launch in the US state of Nevada this Spring.
News swirled last month that BetMGM was reading for launch in Nevada with parent company Entain receiving a three-year interactive gaming license extension last summer — which means they could be gearing up to finally launch in the state.
The big question mark as to BetMGM launching in Nevada was the status of shared players pools between the states of New Jersey, Nevada, and Delaware.
And now, Michigan is set to join the interstate poker compact, which will double the size of the market. It can already be presumed that BetMGM will link up BetMGM MI to its network in NJ and the opportunity to add Nevada to that network would be too good to pass up. Now that the path is open for BetMGM to follow in WSOP’s footsteps and launch its own three-state network, there should be nothing left standing in the way of the launch of BetMGM NV.
