After a full three weeks of action, the PokerStars Ontario Winter Series has come to a close. The past weekend saw the last few tournaments take place, with two of the three Main Events taking action into Monday to find their respective winners.

It is interesting to note that only the $1000 Main Event actually broke its $75,000 guarantee, while the $50 and $300 tiers came close but didn’t quite get there. Of course, this was good news for the players, who got to enjoy a bit of an overlay.

All in all, the PokerStars Ontario Winter Series was a success for the operator and the players alike, with loads of great action across the three-week period.
