ggggUnit Becomes First to Complete CoinPoker’s CoinMasters Set

A $3,139 PEPE victory secured the first Final Table seat and began the 60-day qualification countdown.

CoinPoker player ggggUnit has become the first person to complete the seven-token CoinMasters set, locking up the first Collector seat in the promotion’s Championship Final Table.

The breakthrough came Sept. 30 in the $22 Mini CoinMasters Asia–PEPE tournament, where ggggUnit won $3,139 and the only Coin still missing from the collection. PokerStrategy reported the result Oct. 1, noting that the PEPE win started the 60-day qualification countdown.

That countdown ends Nov. 29 unless five players complete their collections sooner. The Championship Final Table is then held on the following Sunday. Four more players can still qualify through the Collector route, while a Winner’s Circle tournament winner and a Luckbox random-draw winner can bring the table to as many as seven players.

The prize is a winner-take-all poker career package described as worth $100,000. It includes a $50,000 bankroll, a $30,000 CoinPoker sponsorship, a $10,000 WSOP Main Event ticket and access to Patrick Leonard’s private coaching group. Each Collector qualifier also receives $10,000 in cash.

PEPE had been the decisive hurdle in a race that previously left ggggUnit and Erlango tied on six Coins. On the final day, ggggUnit finished 34th in a $109 LATAM PEPE event, 16th in the $109 Global event and 113th in a $25 LATAM tournament before taking down the Asia event.

He entered the final hand against Die8org with better than a four-to-one chip lead and made two pair on the turn to finish the tournament. The seven victories generated $33,256 in combined prize money over a 402-day chase.

CoinMasters launched April 13, 2025, and ggggUnit’s run began Aug. 24, 2025, with an $18,558 victory in the $150 BITCOIN event. CoinPoker runs 39 CoinMasters tournaments a week across Global, Asia and LATAM schedules, with Silver Coin buy-ins ranging from $22 to $109 and BITCOIN Gold Coin events priced from $122 to $150.

The promotion was created with Bencb, Leonard and Mario Mosböck. Its tournament champions receive physical silver or gold-plated Coins, and players who hold Coins can also enter Hall of Fame freerolls carrying a combined $100,000 in guarantees.

ggggUnit said he plans to spend substantial time studying heads-up poker before the Championship Final Table.
