Octopi Poker Opens Free Pro Access for WSOP Preview

Matt Hunt will break down the Main Event final table with solver tools and the actual seat draw.

Octopi Poker is opening 24 hours of free access to its Octopi Professional subscription on Thursday, July 30, in a promotion built around a WSOP Main Event final-table preview with ambassador Matt Hunt. The free window starts at 7am PT, and the livestream begins at 10am PT on Octopi Poker’s YouTube channel.

Octopi Professional normally costs $65 a month or $600 a year. According to Poker.org, the code “POKERORG” unlocks two free months on an annual plan, and after the preview users can try the tools themselves for $0.

The preview will use Octopi’s “The Vault” to simulate tricky spots and study them. Hunt plans to work from the actual seat draw and stack sizes for all nine returning players, then walk through the table dynamics, expected spots, and the adjustments the finalists will need to make.

The session lands just before the WSOP Main Event final table, which PokerNews says is now set. Lucas Jumalon leads the nine-handed field with 194 million chips, with Rami Hammoud on 79 million and Jamie Shaevel on 56 million.

Jumalon reached the top by eliminating reigning Aussie Millions Main Event champion Malcolm Trayner in 10th place. He had started Day 8 with 40.8 million chips, climbed to 155 million by dinner break, and finished the night on 194 million.

The remaining nine players are guaranteed at least $1 million, and the winner will collect $10 million and a diamond bracelet. The final table resumes on August 3.
