BOLUDO Wins $131,893 in ACR Poker’s OSS XL Sunday High Roller
The $630 event drew 1,175 entries and built a $705,000 prize pool, beating its guarantee by $105,000.
BOLUDO won OSS XL #99 $630 Sunday High Roller on Sept. 13, taking $131,893.36 after a field of 1,175 entries built a $705,000 prize pool.
The event beat its $600,000 guarantee by $105,000. BOLUDO’s payout was the largest individual score among the Sunday results highlighted by ACR Poker and represented more than 200 times the buy-in.
The same Sunday schedule also produced another six-figure winner, with NoHobbies taking $113,245.66 in OSS XL #102, the $1,050 Sunday Banana. That tournament drew 554 entries, generated a $554,000 prize pool and exceeded its $500,000 guarantee by $54,000.
A $2,650 PKO Super High Roller, OSS XL #101, drew 143 entries and paid out a $357,500 prize pool, $57,500 above its guarantee. Its champion, trabasum, collected $93,543.32 in total, including about $61,152 in bounties and $32,391 in regular prize money.
Sunday also opened the $66 Main Event, which carries a $500,000 guarantee. Day 1A attracted 2,401 entries and sent 239 players through to Day 2, led by Rastern001 with about 11.8 million chips. Satellite qualifiers for that event start at $6.60.
As covered in late August, OSS XL is a 336-event series with more than $50 million in guarantees running through Sept. 29. The $66 Main Event’s Day 1B is set for Sept. 20, while Day 1A qualifiers return for Day 2 on Sept. 27. The $2,650 and $1,050 Main Events also begin their opening flights on Sept. 20.
