PokerNews, GGPoker and Natural8 will award 200 satellite tickets through a freeroll for the APT Championship Taipei Main Event route. The PokerNews Freeroll to APTC 2026 begins at 7 p.m. GMT on Oct. 31 and is open to players able to access GGPoker or Natural8.
The top 200 finishers will each receive a $12 ticket for the Step to $90 APT Championship Taipei Satellite. Players must use the registration password “PNXATPC2026” to enter the freeroll.
The ticket does not provide direct entry to the $10,000 Main Event. It feeds into a $90 Step satellite, followed by a $600 satellite that awards between two and 10 $10,000 Main Event seats.
The target event carries a $5 million guaranteed prize pool and is part of the 2026 APT Championship, which runs Nov. 13-29 at The Red Space Taipei in Taiwan. The festival has $8.1 million guaranteed across 209 events, including 23 Championship Events and 20 women’s events.
The Main Event is a $10,000 freezeout, meaning entrants have one tournament life without rebuys or re-entries. Its 2025 edition drew 671 entries and generated a prize pool of about $6.2 million, above the $5 million guarantee.
The official APT listing schedules Main Event Day 1 for Nov. 23, with a 50,000-chip starting stack.
