Michael Gagliano’s WSOP Run Spotlights His Summer Poker Calendar App
The free guide tracks Las Vegas tournament schedules as the four-time bracelet winner heads into the Main Event final table.
Michael Gagliano’s run to the 2026 WSOP Main Event final nine is doing more than putting him in line for a seven-figure score. He outlasted 9,208 entrants, locked up at least $1 million, and returned to Paris Las Vegas with a shot at the $10 million top prize.
According to MyCentralJersey, the same profile that tracked his Main Event run also highlighted a side project. Gagliano launched a free mobile app called Summer Poker Calendar earlier this summer to help players navigate the hundreds of tournaments running around Las Vegas during the WSOP. The piece placed the app alongside his coaching work and BetMGM ambassador role, and said he has coached more than 100 players since 2009.
PokerNews reported earlier that he built the app while planning his own summer schedule. The app is meant to help fellow players by listing every Las Vegas-based tournament in the series, including structure details, and Apple’s App Store listing shows a free iPhone version under Gagliano’s name. The listing also says the developer collects no data and has added event reminders before saved tournaments start or late registration closes.
Card Player said Gagliano’s prior Main Event finishes included 842nd of 6,737 in 2016 and 148th of 9,735 in 2025. MyCentralJersey said the last New Jersey player before him to reach the Main Event final table was Brigantine’s Scott Blumstein, who won the 2017 title and $8.15 million.
The same report said Gagliano returned with 46.5 million chips, ranked fifth of nine, as the last nine were set on July 13 and the final table resumed Aug. 3-5 at Paris Las Vegas. Card Player added that ESPN is back on Main Event coverage for the first time since 2021, with live play on ESPN+ and edited TV episodes on ESPN2.
