ACR Poker Reaches Final Two Dual Venom Flights
The $15 million series closes with a Saturday Bonus Flight and Sunday Day 1 before mystery bounties begin on Monday.
ACR Poker’s $15 million Dual Mystery Bounty Venoms now have back-to-back chances to reach Day 2. Saturday’s new Bonus Flight on Aug. 29 is followed by the final scheduled Day 1 on Aug. 30, with both beginning at 12:05 p.m. ET.
ACR Poker’s final weekend now gives players back-to-back chances to qualify, with the $12 million NLH Mystery Bounty Venom and the $3 million PLO Mystery Bounty Venom both carrying a $2,650 buy-in.
Players who already bagged a stack can still jump into another Day 1 and combine their qualifying chips for Day 2. Through the first seven starting flights, the NLH event had drawn 3,072 entries and sent 349 players through, while the PLO side had produced 781 entries and 91 Day 2 stacks.
The closing weekend also carries its own supporting action. Saturday’s Venom Specials guarantee $355,000, while Sunday expands to 13 Venom Specials with $2.34 million in combined guarantees. Sunday is also the last day of Venom Fever, the qualification promo that guaranteed more than 1,500 Venom seats.
Day 2 begins Monday, Aug. 31 at 1:05 p.m. ET, when the mystery-bounty phase turns on and every successful knockout pays at least $5,000. The top mystery bounty is $500,000 in NLH and $250,000 in PLO, the PLO event goes straight from Day 2 to its final table, and the NLH tournament adds Day 3 on Sept. 1 before both winners are crowned on Sept. 2 at 4:05 p.m. ET.
