15 Time WSOP Winner Phil Hellmuth To Host Masterclass in South America

Phil “Poker Brat” Hellmuth will be holding his very first Masterclass on March 18 in the Belmond Copacabana Palace, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Hellmuth will head to Brazil as part of the partypoker LIVE MILLIONS South America stop. Anyone playing in the event will be able to attend Hellmuth’s Masterclass where he will be sharing “hints, tips and secrets from a career that has spanned more than 30-years.”

As well as the Masterclass, Hellmuth will be hoping to run deep in the LIVE MILLIONS Main Event that has a $5 million guarantee and a $10,300 buy-in. You can find more on the partypoker event in Brazil, here.

Never one to be outdone by his compadres, this is Hellmuth’s first foray into Masterclass territory unlike his friend Daniel Negreanu who has his very own Masterclass.

Always one to stay humble, Hellmuth made headlines only two weeks ago when he won the Borgata Winter Poker Open Event #16 $1590 Heads-up tournament— adding $37,248 to his $23 million+ lifetime tournament earnings.

Lex Veldhuis Scores Yet Another Major Tournament Win on Stream

It seems like the Dutch PokerStars pro has made a habit of shipping a Sunday major event live on stream.

Last Sunday, Lex chopped the Bigger $109 for another five-figure score, adding $19k to his earnings.

During his 14 hour stream, Lex cashed in $28,000 and made 4 final tables in front of 20,000 viewers.

This is the third Sunday in a row where he shipped or chopped a major tournament live on stream.

The first Sunday post PSPC, Lex shipped Sunday Warm up for $34k. He won another tournament the following Sunday adding nearly $6k for his first-place finish in the $109 Sunday Starter.

And last Sunday, he continued his hot run with a chop in the Bigger $109 outlasting over 1500 entries.

Be sure to check out his stream this Sunday. Who knows he might win another major tournament with the way he’s currently running.
